Renting from us is simple — tell us what you need, and we'll guide you through the rest.
Step 1
Browse rentals
Look through our categories — tents, tables, seating, kids party rentals, outdoor games, and coolers — and note what fits your event.
Step 2
Submit your request
Send us your date, event location, guest count, and the items you're interested in. There's no charge or commitment to request a quote.
Step 3
We review and confirm availability
We check our inventory for your date and follow up with any questions about delivery or access.
Step 4
You receive your quote
We send pricing and details for the items and services you asked about, so you can review everything before committing.
Step 5
Lock in your date
Approve your quote, sign the rental agreement, and make the required 25% initial payment to reserve your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Reservations made within 7 days require payment in full.
Step 6
Delivery or pickup
We deliver to your event location, or pickup may be available depending on the rental. We'll confirm the details with you in advance.
Step 7
Return or retrieval
After your event, we'll retrieve delivered equipment or you'll return pickup items as arranged.
