Delivery & Setup Pricing
Delivery & Setup
Full-service, round-trip
Standard full-service delivery includes transportation to your event, reasonable setup and placement of rental equipment, and retrieval/breakdown where applicable. Delivery pricing is based primarily on distance from our warehouse in Matthews, NC, along with order size, setup requirements, access, and any additional labor required.
Our standard delivery method is truck and trailer, so the delivery location must provide adequate access and maneuvering space. If your location can't safely accommodate a truck and trailer, we may be able to deliver using a box truck or alternate method — additional delivery or labor charges may apply.
A note about delivery access: Delivery pricing is based on the location and access information provided when your quote is prepared. Please let us know about gates, stairs, long carries, limited parking, narrow driveways, restricted vehicle access, or other conditions that may affect delivery or setup. If actual site conditions differ materially from the information provided, additional delivery or labor charges may apply, or alternate delivery/setup arrangements may be required. Down 2 Party reserves the right to determine the safest and most practical delivery and setup method based on actual site conditions. Your exact delivery fee will be confirmed in your quote before booking.
Access & Timing
Please have the setup area clear and accessible before we arrive, and share any access details with us when requesting your quote.
We'll coordinate your delivery and pickup window with you before your event.
Customer Pickup
Customer pickup may be available for select rentals at a reduced rate. Some equipment and orders require delivery based on the items rented, quantity, or other event requirements. Available options will be confirmed with your quote. Tent rentals currently require Down 2 Party delivery, setup, and breakdown.
Large & Custom Events
Planning a larger event or need more equipment than you see listed in our rental catalog? Reach out to us. We may be able to accommodate larger quantities, special requests, and more complex setups with a custom quote.
Larger events, complex setups, and locations outside our standard delivery area may require custom delivery or setup pricing. Any additional costs will be included in your quote before booking.
