We'll review availability, delivery/setup requirements, and pricing and send you a finalized quote. Prefer to talk it through? Give us a call. Can I book and pay online?

Yes. Start by submitting a quote request through our website. Once we've confirmed availability and finalized the details, you'll receive your quote electronically and can review your reservation, sign your rental agreement, and make your payment online. Prefer to talk it through? Give us a call — we're happy to discuss your event, help with rental selections, or work through delivery and setup details before preparing your quote. Your reservation is confirmed once the required agreement and initial payment have been completed.

How is availability confirmed?

Do you accept last-minute rental requests?

Yes, when availability allows. We'll do our best to accommodate short-notice requests, but equipment, delivery, and setup availability may be limited. Need something within the next 48 hours? Give us a call — that's usually the quickest way for us to confirm what we can accommodate and work through the details.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes. Full-service delivery starts at $75 and includes transportation, reasonable setup and placement, and retrieval/breakdown where applicable. Pricing is based primarily on distance from our Matthews, NC warehouse, plus order size, setup, and access requirements. Your exact delivery fee is confirmed in your quote. Do you set up the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Setup depends on the equipment and delivery arrangement. Tent rentals include professional setup and breakdown with delivery. For tables, chairs, games, coolers, and other equipment, standard delivery includes reasonable placement at an accessible delivery location. Additional setup, long carries, stairs, difficult access, special placement, or other circumstances requiring additional time or labor may result in additional charges. We'll confirm any special setup requirements with your quote.

What do you need at my location?

Our standard delivery method is truck and trailer, so the delivery location needs adequate access and maneuvering space. Please have the setup area clear and tell us about gates, narrow driveways, limited parking, stairs/steps, long carries, or steep driveways when requesting your quote. If a truck and trailer won't fit, we may be able to use a box truck or alternate method — additional charges may apply.

How long is a rental period?

You choose your rental duration when you request a quote — from 1 day up to 1 week, with multi-day pricing built into our rates. Planning something longer? Extended rentals are quoted individually; just select your requested end date on the quote form.

We want your event to be a success, rain or shine. If weather becomes a concern, contact us as soon as possible and we'll talk through your options based on your reservation details.

Is a payment required to reserve?

Accepted Answer

Yes. To lock in your date, you'll approve your quote, sign the rental agreement, and make a 25% initial payment. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event, and reservations made within 7 days of the event require payment in full.

What if equipment is damaged or missing?

Please treat the equipment like it's your own and let us know right away if something is damaged or goes missing during your rental. Any repair or replacement responsibilities are outlined in your rental agreement.

What do you rent?

We offer tents, tables, adult and children's seating, kids party rentals, giant outdoor games, coolers, and other event essentials for birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, corporate events, and other celebrations. Our inventory continues to grow, so if you need a larger quantity or don't see exactly what you're looking for, just ask — we may be able to accommodate it.

Do you rent bounce houses, inflatables, linens, or decor?

No. We focus on tents, tables, seating, kids rentals, outdoor games, and coolers.
